Item 19 is the only place a franchisor may make financial performance representations in the FDD. Some franchisors provide averages or ranges; others omit Item 19 data entirely. Even a complete Item 19 is a system-level disclosure, not a guarantee for the specific location you are buying. Always pair it with that unit’s P&L, POS, and lease.
